Details include:

Date of the Event: June 26th at Soldier’s Field in Rochester.
Art Vendors Only—$100 fee. (Fee can be paid online at www.rochesterfest.com under the payments button or can be left at Gallery 24.
Deadline to Register—June 6th, 2025
Vendors must be ready to sell by 11:30 am and cannot take down until 6:00 pm.
$100 allows you one 10X10 space. You will need to provide your own tent or canopy and tables/displays. Tents need to be weighted down and cannot be staked into the ground.
Your booth number and site plan will be emailed to you closer to Rochesterfest.
Please send 2 or 3 images of your work, plus a logo and a link to your website and social media pages to gallery23org@gmail.com.
Vendors must complete the appropriate tax form: ST 19. (If you plan to sell your merchandise from your booth).
