Weather conditions
Personal emergencies
Equipment issues
Changes in attendance
4. Hours of Operation
All food vendors are required to:
Open no later than 11:00 a.m. each day (Tuesday–Saturday)
Remain open until at least 7:00 p.m.
Vendors may remain open until 10:00 p.m. if desired.
Historically, our largest crowds occur between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. during evening entertainment and live music performances.
5. Grease and Wastewater Disposal
All vendors are required to use the designated Grease and Wastewater Disposal Truck, located south of the tennis courts.
Any vendor found improperly disposing of grease or wastewater will be required to leave the festival immediately.
The City of Rochester has expressed concerns regarding improper disposal practices that can damage sanitary sewer systems and contaminate stormwater systems. Please ensure all grease, fats, oils, and wastewater are disposed of properly through the designated collection service provided at Rochesterfest.
Protecting Soldier's Field and Rochester's infrastructure is a priority for all of us.
6. Vendor Parking and Access
Please minimize the amount of space used for vendor parking.
A parking area west of the tennis courts is available for:
Supply vehicles
Inventory replacement trucks
Additional vendor vehicles
Access Route
To access the festival grounds:
Enter via Gibbs Drive on the west side of Soldier's Field.
Proceed to the gate located east of the tennis courts and west of the swimming area.
Enter through the gate and look for a Rochesterfest team member who will direct you to your assigned location.
7. Pricing and Customer Service
Please charge exactly the prices displayed on your menu.
Last year, concerns were raised regarding pricing practices. Rochesterfest will not tolerate price gouging or charging amounts beyond posted menu prices.
Our goal is to provide a positive experience for all attendees.
8. Pepsi Products and Ice
All Pepsi products must be purchased from the Rochesterfest Beer Tent.
Please note:
Cash only (no credit cards accepted)
Vendors must provide their own ice
Products will be refrigerated when picked up
Unused products may not be returned
Rochesterfest sells Pepsi products to vendors at our cost. We do not mark up these items.
9. Food Deliveries and Re-Supply
All food and inventory deliveries must be completed before 10:00 a.m. each day.
This helps maintain a safe environment for festival attendees and reduces vehicle traffic within the grounds.
10. Food License Display
Please ensure your current State Food License or Food Service Certificate is clearly displayed and easily visible for health inspectors throughout the event.
11. Track Infield – Absolutely No Driving
Do not drive on the track infield under any circumstances.
This is extremely important.
Damage to the infield may result in removal from the festival and financial responsibility for repairs.
12. Keeping Soldier's Field Clean
We ask all vendors to help maintain a clean, welcoming festival environment.
Please:
Keep your vendor area clean and organized
Remove trash from around your truck
Maintain a professional appearance
If nearby garbage containers become full, notify a Rochesterfest team member and we will arrange for them to be emptied.
13. Picnic Tables
Rochesterfest will provide picnic tables in front of the food vendor area for attendee seating.
Please help keep these tables clean throughout the week so all guests can enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
14. Tear Down and Departure
Vendor tear down may begin on Sunday, June 28, 2026.
For safety reasons, food trucks and trailers may not leave the festival grounds before the event concludes.
Additional departure instructions will be provided near the end of the festival.
